Titan Tube has worked hard to position itself as a full service fabricator by offering in-house powder coating. Since its introduction over 30 years ago, powder coating has become the fastest growing finishing technology in use today. Powder is applied electrostatically by charging the powder particles and applying them directly to the grounded part. The charged powder adheres to the surface until it enters a curing oven where the powder cross links, bonds and curves. The result is a uniform, durable, high quality finish.

Titan offers over 50 different colors and can accommodate parts up to 6’ wide x 8’ tall x 20’ long. This process enables Titan to provide our customers with the most cost effective and durable finishing solution to paint. In addition to being cost effective, the process is also environmentally friendly. There is no generation of hazardous waste which ensures compliance with all environmental guidelines. Titan’s powder coating capabilities are one more example of how we strive to save our customers lead time and money associated with having to send parts out to a secondary finishing supplier.
